Lauren Oakes began her career in recruiting over ten years ago with one of the largest global Finance and Accounting recruitment firms based out of Oak Brook, Illinois. Lauren quickly gained the trust of her team, clients and candidates, growing her network and resources exponentially across various industries including finance, accounting, tax, audit, supply chain, operations and human resources.

 

Throughout her career, Lauren has honed her skills in candidate evaluation, interviewing, and selection, and has a track record of identifying the best talent for her clients. She understands the importance of cultural fit in successful placements, and takes the time to understand her clients' unique needs and values to ensure the best possible match.

Lauren is known for excellent communication skills, professionalism and her incredible tenacity and determination to providing a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients. She takes pride in her work and is committed to helping clients achieve their business goals through strategic recruitment and talent acquisition.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts, History and Political Science from North Central College. Personally, she enjoys spending time with her family on the slopes of Colorado.
